Actif+

The Actif+ program is intended for an autonomous retired clientele wishing to  pursue a program of exercises after completing both Bouger+ et Maintien+ programs. Actif+ allows to keep them healthy habits acquired during previous programs and offers solutions in the execution of home life activities in order to reduce the risk of injury. A fact sheet on the topics covered during the sessions will be given at the end of each class. These sheets will allow you to better absorb information on the topics covered and to adopt safe behaviors in your home activities. Remember, it only takes a few minutes a day to make a difference to your health. You are now in control of your quality of life. Simply said : « Move More, Live Better ! »

Why ?

Remember that the human body is designed to move. Doing exercise is good for health.

Actif+

As you know now, it is strongly advisable to engage in major muscle group strengthening activities at least twice a week in order to improve your posture and balance. Aerobic exercises of moderate intensity (rhythmic walking, dancing, water aerobics, etc.) for a weekly total of at least 2 hours are also recommended to optimize the benefits of physical activity.
